role:
Technical Support Engineer
Talented, dynamic and experienced Technical Support
Engineer/Analyst required to provide 1st
& 2nd line support to a number of local clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven
track record in supporting Windows 2000/XP desktop
systems and software, having previously worked in a
corporate helpdesk environment providing both
telephone support and direct desktop services to a
variety of end users.
You will need to demonstrate strong customer
service/support skills such as active listening,
good verbal and written communication, excellent
problem-solving skills and possess an organised
approach with the ability to multi-task across
several open cases.
Experience of Active Directory and Exchange
2000/2003 administration is essential, knowledge of
Citrix would be an advantage.
This is an excellent
